Coaching Philosophy: Continuous improvement. Strive to get 1% better each time you step onto the court, both as an individual and as a team. This philosophy can extend beyond the athletic arena, and I expect my athletes to not only strive to improve physically, but also mentally, emotionally, socially and academically as well. As such, coaching becomes more than just simply training players to perform in a game or match; it’s about training them to perform in life, well beyond the time their athletic careers come to a close.
